UF&B March sharing session

There were over thirty participants joined UF&B March sharing session which held on 28 March 2019.  

We have invited four speakers: Edward Cheng who is an expert in industrial kitchen equipment introduced many new environmental  cooking equipment, Jacky Poon who is a bread shop owner talked about how to set up a shop, Kit Wong who is the director of insect killing & cleaning company talked about how to keep insects and rats away from restaurant and Stephen Lam who is a consultant of  decoration & licensing company  talked about the procedure of license application. 

At this event, participants had exchanged many ideas and got much latest catering industry information that helps enhance the flexibility of the business and at the same time grasp the first opportunity in the sector.
